A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll assist you with the return process and, if necessary, arrange a refund.

A: Yes, we do! You can pickup your order anytime from Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm. We are closed Friday to Sunday. If you are unable to pickup during this time, we offer local delivery to the Metro Vancouver region for only $12.
